October 11, 2010

Dear friends,
We are still enjoying the fruits of our wonderful summer here at Bhrugu Aranya. We seem to really be evolving into a vibrant eco village, as we continue to grow in numbers. We held our first Deva Herb workshop, which was led by resident herbalists Rory and Asia Maher. That was truly an experiential workshop where people learned everything from herb identification to creating creams and herbal tinctures to Agnihotra ash medicines combined with herbs.

Later in August, we held a Homa Farm experience week, which was well-attended by enthusiastic folks. Some of the people seemed to undergo a metamorphosis. It was beautiful to see people being transformed by the energies here. At the end, everyone had such positive things to say about their experience. Very inspiring. We had a continuous schedule of talks and demos, as well as a myriad of visitors, volunteers and Homa therapy teachers from around the world.

Summer’s last remnants are disappearing with falling leaves and plummeting temperatures. Even so, there are always little miracles to inspire. What is magical is that here at Bhrugu Aranya we have an orchard full of big, healthy, delicious apples in a region where most orchards have lost all their harvest this year, due to inclement weather. We had the same weather, but our apples are in abundance. When the organic certification agent arrived at our farm, she was shocked that not only did we have apples, but the size and quality was superb. We attribute our success to Homa Organic Farming, which is miraculous when applied properly.

When we first began our gardens in 1995, our soil officially tested as very poor. We were informed apologetically by the laboratory that “nothing will grow in this soil.’’ Since that time, we continue to expand our bountiful, healthy gardens, which now include a huge, circular vegetable garden containing many vegetables normally not successfully grown in this region and a serpentine herb garden full of Homa healing and culinary herbs. The effects of Homa never cease to amaze us!

As I completed this letter, I just heard from someone else who informed us that in this region where we live, there is no honey available! This has been our first successful year with honey bees and we have a tremendous amount of rich, high quality organic Homa honey! (*See list of Homa Therapy websites at the end of the letter.)

The end of this month we will be in U.S. for a 2 ½ week stay, primarily visiting the Baltimore Homa Community. We will be giving a workshop in creating Homa Organic Farm communities on 6th November in Baltimore, Maryland.

In these transmissions there is a subject which is closest to my heart―children. I find the message especially about children in need to be most profound. There is mention of children growing up in “dysfunctional homes, ravaged communities and unsupportive environments,’’ and that they have a higher purpose in their lives. It made me realize that it is all of our responsibilities as Light Workers to consider these children as potential Light Workers who may need us to help them fulfill their destiny. There can be no greater service than to help those who are the hope for our future.

All love, Parvati

A new Orion Transmissions video has been uploaded onto YouTube. In this video, I am reading excerpts from Orion messages to music and visuals created by my son, Jacob Sawyer who is a musician and filmmaker. It is beautiful. Feel free to share it.

#9 ORION TRANSMISSIONS 2010

September 26, 2010 On new strains of disease and alternative health options
Yes, yes. There are several virulent strains of bacteria which are being spread across the world. These potentially deadly bacteria will likely be resistant to most antibiotics. Should you arm yourselves with natural preventatives and not succumb to the subsequent vaccines which will likely be developed to combat the illnesses caused by this bacteria, you will be able to avoid contracting them. Specific preventative herbs and supplements will actually work to provide beings with safe protection against these invasive bacteria.

Now, the trick is to maintain your rights to these supplements and nutrients now being marketed on nearly every continent. There are bills being put through your governmental processes which are cloaked in terms like ‘food safety’ and ‘environmental protection.’ Unless you mobilize your forces to protest such proposed legislation, you may find the shelves of vitamin supplements, herbs and natural cures slowly but surely growing smaller and smaller!

Conversely, though protest and proposing alternate legislation is one way to slay the corporate dragon, there is much to be said for cultivating your own herbs and growing your own organic goods. Then, ultimately, you are less and less dependent upon the ‘powers that be’ to regulate your health parameters. Then, your health is back in your own hands. However, this will take some time to develop. Not everyone has a farm or even a large garden in which to plant healing herbs, for example. That leads us to the next possibility for survival which is NETWORKING.

NETWORKING. Develop chains of sources for alternative healthcare, for organic vitamins and herbal tinctures, teas, ointments and powders. Develop networks for obtaining organic produce where you do not have your own viable gardens. Develop networks as well for alternative health care―alternative medical personnel willing to shift gears and go the route less traveled. With rising costs of healthcare and lowering of quality of healthcare, the only route will be alternative!

September 28, 2010 On Gulf Oil spill
Yes, yes. The Gulf Oil crisis is far from over. Perhaps it is out of the minds of the people, as now the news is shifting to other subjects, but the residue left behind is tragically only beginning to take effect. Not only marine life has suffered. It will have long-term effects on the human population as well.

On sensitive children
In the winds, it seems great change will come. Aspects of a deeply transformative time are, of course, reflected in the children. There will be many wise ones born and many have already been born. All the talk about Crystal children and Indigo children may appear theoretical, and the assigning of such titles to children who reflect a myriad of impressions, none-to-be labeled, may seem limited. However positive the intention, names such as ‘crystal’ and’ indigo’ are terms which may or may not capture the essence of these special beings.

Children born with a sixth sense so-to-speak will find it quite difficult at times to attempt to fit into the ‘norm’. They are like beings born outside the proverbial ‘box’. So to think ‘outside the box’ comes quite naturally to these rather free-thinking beings. The problem comes when, without adequate understanding and sensitivity of those around them, they can find themselves easily pulled into wrong direction in life. Particularly difficult for these rather creative thinkers is the age of puberty, the onset of a sexuality which they may find challenging to embrace.

Those of you who have already had and raised your children may have moved on in your focus and have shifted to a more mature audience. However, remember many of you hold the precise key required by these seemingly awkward but highly aware children, and you may wish to rethink your focus to include them in your work.

For young beings with sensitivity, the element of SOUND and FIRE will be quite effective. These are beings who will tend to open more in an environment which places less emphasis on intellectual comprehension and more on vibrational frequencies. They respond to subtle energies and most children can be reached via SOUND.

In fact, those of you who are in the public eye, teaching and developing programs of alternative healing and even ecological solutions, may perhaps consider this aspect and prepare a special presentation designed for children of vision.

October 3, 2010 On sustenance, alternative energy
SUSTENANCE. This should be the subject of the day. As the world careens toward utter chaos and environmental catastrophes become commonplace, one needs to turn one’s focus more toward sustaining one’s family and community. When one’s attention is outwardly focused and not inwardly, one may be caught without proper infrastructure which will no doubt be required for living in these uncommon times.

Weather alone has wreaked havoc on growing of grains, vegetables, herbs and fruit this year. Many countries’ economies are on a downhill slant. However, if your focus is kept clearly on the needs at hand, you will be able to maintain gardens and fields full of nutritive edibles for storage as well as for immediate consumption.

Alternative energy is the next focus, though this may take greater investment. Keep it as a goal for the not-too-distant future, when alternative energy will be sanctity! Keep it in mind now for the times to come. Focus first on what you can manage in terms of growing and storing of necessary foods. This is an immediate need of the hour.

On Homa Organic Farming
The intensive use of Homa Organic Farming techniques will yield great success, particularly apparent in areas where foods do not grow well. At Bhrugu Aranya, for example, the apple crop is thriving, while elsewhere in the country Poland, many orchards have suffered all or partial loss of apples. Sincere use of this method which has effects on many levels―not just physical―will net excellent results. Immediate results should be apparent, but after years of practice greater success stories could be documented. This method not only makes logical and nutritive sense, but it enables the presence of Grace, which greatly benefits the whole program―plants and growers alike. Be ever grateful for the knowledge of this ancient science. It is truly a precious gift for the coming times.

October 4, 2010 On communities and communication
Yes, yes. As this community grows and evolves in scope as well as in membership, more people can come to Bhrugu Aranya to see how it is done. You could give in-house community training eventually.

This Homa farm community has a spiritual base. There may be other such communities which function primarily as ecological landscapes, upon which members can grow their own gardens, raise their animals and focus mainly on sustainability. This community here has a multi-pronged focus, which is spiritual-environmental-familial. Be open to other such communities wishing to be independent spiritually, welcoming many walks of life and various spiritual paths. Actually, when one practices the art of kindness, non-violence and service, one can easily walk the path of spirit without even calling it a spiritual path!

Many cultures are represented here at Bhrugu Aranya. All are in harmony, which speaks a lot to cooperation and communication. Most breakdowns in community stem from a lack of communication, mis-communication or communication which does not adhere to the rules of kindness and understanding.

Communication methods should be agreed upon by those who plan to or are already involved in community. If, for example, one community member wants to take a trip which will take him or her away for some period of time, isn’t it better if that member calls the group together to discuss his or her plans, rather than informing one member and going ahead with the plan, irrespective of the group’s response? This brings us to an important point – respect for the group process.

When one lives alone or in a nuclear family, one has less responsibility to a whole group. Many decisions, therefore, are often made with one’s intimate partner, husband or wife. When one lives in community, there is an added responsibility for the community as a whole.

It might behoove someone deciding to take a recreational holiday to inquire whether the time of such holiday would in any way cause difficulty or discomfort for the community. If, during a busy garden planting period, one has the idea to go away for a visit somewhere, the group could explain that a better time choice might be preferred, if possible. Being willing to change for the benefit of the whole is always helpful. The group being flexible to meet the needs of its individual members is also valuable. This is called cooperation. If the member has no choice in the matter and must go at the time presented to the group, he or she can make some adjustments. For example, asking someone else to cover his or her responsibilities, preparing a list of chores which others could manage and maybe even training someone if there is time to take over a job, such as milking the cows or planting seeds in the garden. As well, some jobs can be done ahead of time so to reduce the stress on the group as a whole.

Agreements should be honoured. Arguments should be avoided, but clear communication valued and practiced. Many arguments can be avoided completely by being proactive.

Bring up your feelings when you feel them, rather than letting them fester and harden into resentments.

Establish a forum for addressing people’s complaints or compliments! Not only a forum for discussing issues, but one which also can be a valuable tool in assessing the community’s progress in certain areas and taking a good look at what has been accomplished successfully.

Meet for joy. Meet for friendship. Meet for song.
Meet for dance. Meet for celebrations.
Meet for sharing inspiring readings.
Then, when you must meet to address conflicts or problems, it will never seem that meetings are only for fixing situations. There will be more a level of cooperation and friendship, if you also meet for the fun of it!

October 5, 2010 On the era of Truth
Yes, yes. Let there be no mistaking―the New Era is upon us. This is also the era when Truth will be uncovered, revealed. This, interestingly, applies in the world at large and in individual relationships as well. It is like a trickle-down effect, so-to-speak. When the world is in conflict or the shadows are encroaching, so it is often reflected in the trials and tribulations of relationships of those inhabitants of planet Earth. In times of relative peace and prosperity, there appears to be less turmoil as a whole. We realize this seems like a sweeping generalization, which it is not. It is an actual fact.

In any case, on all levels, the Truth is being ferreted out for all to see and realize.
The era of deception is giving way to the era of Truth. And, it is about time!

On release and forgiveness
While on this subject, again and again the call for Unity. It seems that division produces byproducts of resentment and fear. We would say that it is most vital to rid the mind of all fear and resentment, all blockages to communication and connection. All of you can find, at the very least, seeds of this within you. If you release those seeds before they begin to grow, then your psyche is clear. If you wait until these fears and negative mental blocks become more rooted in the psyche, this alone can cause disease in the body, not only in the mind. So, be free of it.

Practice the art of forgiving others for their shortcomings immediately. Of course, retroactive forgiveness is effective, but practice as well forgiveness in the very moment the hurt or negative reaction is felt. Upon first ‘symptom’ of discomfort, whether it is in a conversation or confrontation, whether written or verbalized―immediately FORGIVE.

There are many methods for practicing Forgiveness. Choose what works for you and make it a part of your life. It will begin to free you immediately upon the very first effort.

FORGIVENESS IS AN ACT OF LOVE.

Forgiveness should certainly be the first item on a list for a healthy heart.

There is nothing more powerful and healing than the loving, forgiving heart.

October 7, 2010 On computer addiction
(The following is an excerpt from guidance given to someone, which seemed relevant to many.)

Yes, yes. X has become rather addicted to the use of the computer. Rather than begin each day on the computer, our advice would be for him to begin with prayer and also, in the night, end as such, in prayer again. This alone will suffice in removing this rather insidious addiction. Limit all use of the computer to ONE HOUR time periods with regular intervals of minimum ½ hour during which one gets fresh air and drinks plenty of fluids. This is of urgent consideration, as the addiction is debilitating. Respect yourself, body, mind and soul.

On prioritizing our children
Yes, yes. Poverty is spreading where there once was prosperity. Even in great nations which are highly industrialized, in modern economies, people are suffering and in need. As the cities swell with inhabitants and the job market dwindles, crime is likely to rise. Putting in place alternatives for the children of tomorrow should be the top priority today. Providing for education, food, clothing and shelter for the children is of utmost importance.

When children have no hope for a future they cannot imagine, the whole of society suffers. The hope for the future lies in the young. Therefore, each and every being on this planet should keep this vital need in mind. Those of you with wherewithal, looking for an excellent cause, look into saving the children. Create your own programs if programs do not already exist to benefit youth, particularly those in the inner cities. If programs do exist, support them, volunteer in them, work to sustain them or improve them. Do not think this is a need which will go away. It is a need which must be met and made a priority.

In fact, it is good to realize that many disenfranchised children or children growing up in dysfunctional homes, ravaged communities and unsupportive environments actually have a higher purpose in their lives.

Many of these children will reach out for the way to serve and help others in the future. Many will not only survive but thrive. And it will be because of people like yourselves who take the time to make the difference in their lives. Any way you can give, give. If you write, write. If you play music, share it. If you are a painter, paint for these young ones or teach them the skills. Whatever be your gift, share it and make yourselves available to those in need.

October 10, 2010 On spiritual process
Yes, Yes. Speaking of families―when one embarks on one’s spiritual journey in life, one does not need to stop all worldly pursuits necessarily. One does, however, need to invest 100% of one’s being in the process. The spiritual ‘process’ is all-inclusive. It is not limited to when one sits in meditation or engages in spiritual quests or studies great tenets or chants Mantras. Spiritual practice includes every aspect of life.

When one seeks one’s spiritual family, all doors swing open. When one finds them, one knows one is home and the instant recognition is a blessing.
