Dear friends,
What an amazing time in history to be witnessing! I have just returned from an extended five-week stay in U.S. I left for Poland the day before the election, though I did vote! Back in our lovely mountains of Poland, I slept the night and awoke early morning to the new President's face on the television and the announcement being heralded across the world. Indeed, no matter your stance in life, this is a historical event for U.S. I must say, I am hopeful for a better world. It feels to me like something deep in the psyche of people is healing. Good to see America awakening.

Politics aside (I am not a political being) the visit in the States was wonderful. Meeting old friends, family, many healings, collaborating on new projects, sharing and making connections. I was blessed to be able to stay at the Resonance Point in Baltimore, also the home of Karmé Wellness Centre. There, Agnihotra at sunrise/ sunset, and four hours of Yajnya are performed daily by different people in the community, plus Full moon and New moon 24-hour fires. Satsangs are held every Sunday and the city-wide community gathers for chanting, singing and spiritual study. Other workshops are held at the centre... crystal bowl Sound Healing, yoga and world dance classes are held as well. Ann and Tom Couto live in the main house with their imaginative, light-hearted family. Together with Patricia and others in the community, they have transformed the old carriage house into a mini palace. I know...I stayed there! Their gracious welcome will never be forgotten.

The many gifted people, an eclectic blend of cultures and skills from all around Baltimore Maryland, make the community a richly variegated tapestry of love.

I realize not everyone knows these people, but I feel that a thank you is due. If I could mention every name, I would. Vina and her gorgeous spirit, Janette and Henry's open hearts, Tom and Ann's graciousness, Patricia's compassion, Mike's thoughtfulness, Tommy's sweetness, Ross and his wisdom, Noni and her true spirit of forgiveness, Maria and her inspiration for women, children. Dimple's joy, Dominic's generosity, Louise's caring, Cathleen's spontaneity, Darlene and her precious, irreplaceable friendship, Jamal and Odell for their songs of bliss, the harmonies of Red Dawn, the laughter of Ryan and James, the dedication of Rashida and the inventive, inspiring Wombwork Productions, with inner city young dancers and singers. The old souls, the young ones, I am so grateful for my time there. (If I forgot anyone, I am sure you are recorded in my heart).

These are truly trying times, but they are also the times in which we can grow, we can rise altogether in perfect harmony. We just need to believe more and move with certainty toward the Light.

Yes, yes. We would say that the Master's comment on the over-concern over Mercury in retrograde is quite insightful. "Why worry about mercury in retrograde when the whole planet is in retrograde?" Indeed! When the beings, in whom the power of the Light lies, embark upon a mission during which the planet is to receive great healing energies through their works, there makes no difference whether Mercury is in retrograde, the sign of the moon, whether it is full or on the wane! What matters is that the will of those working for the Light is in tune with a Higher Will which supersedes the phases of the moon and uplifts these beings from mundane influences, as well as cosmic ones.

Yes, yes, continue. When we warn of intense periods of time during which we suggest not travelling or remaining in this purified atmosphere, there are other reasons other than the threat of planetary influences. Our vehicle need not concern herself nor shall many of you do so, with the phases of the moon and the cosmic shifts, unless it is told via guidance to do so. Continue with your work unfettered by atmospheric changes. The world will be more chaotic than in any previous times on Earth. Come to realize that chaos outside is just that. You can maintain calm within. It does take more effort on the part of those walking their spirit path.

Once one embarks upon one's spirit path, one begins a slow process of surrendering to Divine Will. That is easy to say, but hard to maintain! However, the tools with which you are associated, especially the Vedic healing fires, provide not only the impetus to begin but also the balance required to continue.

Our understanding is that the beings of Bhrugu Aranya are embarking upon a new phase of energy, which will likely take them by surprise -- however, a pleasant one indeed. You are about to be 'put on the map', so to speak. Be ready.

September 11, 2008 On forgiveness
Yes, yes. We harbour no resentment. It is a human trait. Forgiveness is closer to our stance. Emotional disagreements and opinions cause more pain than good. We do not completely comprehend the use of such avenues, when understanding breeds compassion and peace.

On the effects of Choice
Yes, in the scheme of things, we would say there are many choices in one's life. What one chooses in one moment affects the next. Therefore, one might learn to assess the variables in making clear decisions. Then, once the decision is made, clearly stand by it. One cannot clearly stand by decisions made in haste, with little thought. One can, however, stand by decisions which are made utilizing the tools of meditation and right perception. That is to say, one clearly establishes criteria to meet for a good decision. Then, one balances pros and cons when necessary -- not all decisions require it -- and then, finally one decides. That is how a well-adjusted human being makes decisions.

September 15, 2008 on teaching children
Yes, yes. We would reiterate the Mantra, "Have no fear'', but add "Have Faith." Always give the mental processes another alternate route! When you say to a child, "Don't touch this", always provide another object the child can touch. If you say, "Don't say that. It's a bad word," offer an alternative which is acceptable, but also one which is acceptable to one's peer group. Say, all the friends swear, can there be another popular expression which could be substituted for the one which is more obscene. Children prefer the shock value associated with cursing, especially when they've been raised not to! Discussion of vibrations and examples of such can appeal to the more rational mind. Explaining how one feels in different circumstances when exposed to negative language or angry speech, can assist a child in learning on his or her own what FEELS right and what does not. Be patient with the children of today. They know way more than you did at their age. Theirs is a totally new set of parameters.

September 20, 2008 On our civilization and need for change
Yes, yes. This is the crossroads for this civilization. We have seen the complete abandonment of environment for the sake of profit and gain. We have seen the disenfranchisement of those with less for the aggrandisement of those with more. We have witnessed horrific crimes against humanity and the destruction of God-given paradises throughout the world. We have witnessed the desolation of a civilization destined to thrive. We have seen man turn his back on himself time and time again. We have heard the cries of animals that should have been protected by man, who instead grace his dinner plates...animals who suffer inhumane treatment at the hands of the greatest mammal -- human being. We have seen the shorelines disappear, mountains mined for coal, crumbling to the ground. We have seen the last of species and the endangerment of others. We have seen shifts in the Earth's axis causing tidal waves and great tsunamis, storms thrust upon the living, destruction of the planet due to the inefficient use of fuels, the insistence upon technology and ideology, which undermines human rights and threatens to destroy entire countries. And we see this all in the name of progress, and we watch as humanity digresses day by day.

Great minds offer superb solutions. Great visionaries define meaning and purpose behind today's events and provide answers, ideas and creative methods to evolve past the mess humanity has created.

We see the ruling of the few over the many to be preposterous and search for the beings who will awaken this numbed populace into realizing what they have already lost and what they stand to lose, irreparably. And yet, the many solutions to today's environmental problems get stuck in the machine, whirling round and round seeking resolution. Those at the top have planned the course of events in order to make profit on the suffering and decay of humankind. A few good leaders -- they are bought and sold like candy at the proverbial corner store.

Where is the truth? Where are those who will stand for it? Where are those who will go to the frontline, not to war but to peace, not to ridiculous manmade conflicts, but to serve as bridges to human understanding and the resolution of conflict. Where? Where? Oh humanity, listen. Listen.

Nothing can be glorified or immortalized in order to sustain a living presence in the 'matrix' machine. Nothing can be said that has not already been said! Live the solutions in your very lives. The only way to affect a change is to BE THE CHANGE. And when speaking of CHANGE, be specific. What will you change. What will you DO to affect the change? List the steps you can take, as individuals, to make a dent in the matrix wall. It is your concept, the matrix, which we have adapted to explain simple truths. Most of you are stuck at some point in this 'matrix', in the machine. Detach. Move out of the matrix. Shift gears. Take a new approach. Very little can be actualized within the existing systems, particularly governmental. Move beyond what blocks you individually and collectively.

Now, for example, what is it that you wish to change within yourselves or in your lives, which will permit you to become more efficient, more effective, more humane and more aligned with Truth? What blocks you? All blockages, whether exterior or interior, are ones which you have created or accepted to be part of your life. If you have a blockage with emotional matters, this is your choice. You can shift beyond that, so you do not fall victim to your emotional experiences. You learn to FEEL, but release, as opposed to react.

When one takes full responsibility for one's life, one's attitude changes, one's priorities undergo a necessary change. One begins to realize that one has the power to shift gears and head in any direction one chooses to take. With accepting responsibility for one's thoughts, words and deeds -- thus one's situation in life -- one evolves to the next level automatically. At that point, one shall take care not to fall into the trap of feeling guilty for mistakes made in the past or errors in judgment which eventuated in difficult circumstances which now one must face. No matter. In accepting responsibility for these past errors as well as positive life choices one has made, one begins to come to the realization that one can change. Change is the force which will propel you into the next stage.

One learns to accept oneself and thus, one may now begin to accept all others. This brings such great relief that it will likely draw all kinds of people to the one with the ability to accept, as this leads also to the ability to forgive. One begins by forgiving oneself for one's own mistakes. This creates an energy field of positive vibrations, which thus create an environment where true change can occur and swiftly, we might add. Beings can change their lives in moments.

Yes. Yes. A fine centre of Light emanates from this place. It is becoming fortified by the adherence to continued fires and by those dedicated to maintaining them. Adorn it as you will -- and it is pleasing to the eye, harmonious with nature which flourishes here -- but the source of the Light is the Holy Fire. This place is truly aligned. Herbs grown in this atmosphere will be potent and more effective than from other, even organic, sources. Consider herbs as a resource, indeed.

Yes. Yes. Yes. Hmm, a definite shift in energies has occurred today, around the world.
The level of consciousness is rising across the world. Those who cannot 'see' will likely never 'see' in their lifetimes. Those whose eyes have been awakened will move quickly to the next level of awareness. This is an exciting time in your history. The winds of change are moving rapidly across the globe.

On finding home
There are those of you who are without a home, whether out of financial struggle or a shift in geographics. You will find yourselves anxious to settle. Do not be driven too hard by this 'angst'. Thought the need to settle into your places and expand your roles is vital now, your homes will be like magnets for you and you will be drawn to them by an unexplainable sense of longing. Worrying will not bring you closer to home. Leave it in Divine Hands. Make effort. Look. Listen. But relax in your searching. You will know without a doubt when home is beneath your feet. Let it come.

Yes, there will be mayhem in a short time. The world economy may appear to rise, only to fall shortly thereafter. The suggestion by the Master to begin to stockpile food can be taken as a cautionary measure. Indeed, the times of predictions IS here.

Whosoever takes over the "White House" will have a mighty job to take over.

November 11, 2008 On the U.S. election and our responsibility in keeping hope alive
Yes, yes. We would address the greater populace when we say that -- though with the understanding that one human being cannot move a mountain of injustice in one election -- we can see a shift in U.S. politics and in the grand scheme of life on this planet. We see the shift as having been caused by the true seeking for new ways to address the failure of a system designed to benefit those in power and keep those who are under their control from voicing their own dissent. We see the beauty of a cycle in history being closed, completed. We see the beginning of a new day. We certainly see reflected in this victory, the dawning of a new shift in awareness. However, the tasks before ALL of you are enormous. One must not make the mistake of thinking now one can sit back and trust in the newest powers that be. Taking one's power back after having lost it is not so easy. It is tempting to turn it over to the next in line and, even though President Obama is more one of 'you' than one of 'them', it is unfair to sit back and desert him in his quest for change. Alone, one is a figure; together there is power.

On facing fear and coming together as ONE
This indeed is an auspicious time. It is also a time when fears rise to the surface. Do not hide them. Do not seek to disguise them. Do not deny their existence. Face instead, the fears as they come up and find the way to deal with them one by one, with truth and honesty, with solutions in hand and the courage to apply them. Do not be defeated by fear. Pull it out by its roots and then, plant the seeds of a greater faith in its place.

While undergoing the process of enlightenment, navigating through the surging sea of a self being realized, know that you are absolutely not alone in this moving forward. Unite with others. Offer support and strength, wisdom and understanding. Yes, yes, it will be. It will be. You will succeed. And as you rise up, you will look to either side of you and recognize the many souls who have traversed the same paths, all toward the ONE of many names. And in the end, you will shine forth altogether as ONE COLLECTIVE LIGHT. And it is so. And it will be so.

Sunset On living in solution, self-sufficiency
World economies are in fact chaos at the moment. Having fear at this time will only weaken the collective resolve. Be guided by your inner voices, which cannot speak when being drowned in a sea of fear and worry.

Live in the SOLUTION. Stockpile food and necessities. Do the necessary repairs on your homes, but perhaps forgo the unnecessary additions, for example.

Self-sufficiency and group support systems are essential now. Creating safe Arks of Fire by building and developing true Homa Farms is the wave of the future. It is time to go back to the land and grow as much produce and grains, including fruit from trees for large numbers of people and not just one family.

Try to have some accommodation ready for the future when beings will be just simply drawn to the Light like moth to flame!

Prepare yourselves spiritually for the shift. Let go of all old fears, all resentments, all anxieties. Release old, unwanted baggage from relationships which did not value you. Let go of ways you may have devalued yourself.

Practice the ART of Forgiveness. As God's Love, Divine Love envelops and forgives you. Do the very same to yourself and then to all whom you encounter.

Yes, these are the times that "try human souls." They are also the times which enrich and inspire them. Do not lose hope. Hope is strong. Lean on it. Build upon the base of Faith and Trust in DIVINE.

It is time. It is time. It is high time. Blessings abound. Yes. Yes. Yes.
