Dear friends,
Midst these days in U.S.A. of soul-searching and questioning of values and moral standards, Orion implores us to awaken our youth. We live in a realm of extremes where highest wisdom is available to us, yet violence rules the streets. A congresswoman fights for her life, as our youth hope for their future.

In all my time receiving Orion transmissions, I have never felt such a sense of urgency for reaching the youth. In order to really reach the young, we have to hone our faith and walk our talk with humility, honesty, and surrender to Divine Will. The children are savvy and recognize what is real, what is true.

I remember when I first had a thirst for finding a teacher. I was in a busy farmer’s market and an elderly man approached me. He spoke to me extemporaneously all about my future. He told me I would be a teacher one day and that the pyramid would be very crucial in my life. Even my numerology he told, without ever meeting me before! I was so enthralled; I asked him if he was my teacher. He replied in all humility, “No. When you are ready, your teacher will appear.” About three years after that, I met Shree Vasant.

Orion says when the student is ready, the teacher will come. We are now the teachers for the next generation. Many are ready and waiting. What a blessing to be able to pass on the knowledge we have been given, to the children, our future.

I was particularly drawn to this message from Orion which comes in these new transmissions:

January 1, 2011 On New Year’s resolve
Yes, yes. As the New Year begins, the atmosphere is filled with the many spoken and prayed resolutions of those New Year revelers on this planet. All across the world, promises are made on this date. Vows are taken for everything from controlling diet to increasing one’s resolve to accomplish one’s life’s work. This is perhaps the most intense time for sorting through the many petitions for God’s mercy and for leniency in judgment, prayers for forgiveness and sworn commitments to change ways which no longer serve one’s higher good.

Indeed, if those whose prayers have been pledged and whose intentions were so clear upon this date would simply continue their willing state of mind into the year itself, no doubt humanity would take a quantum leap in the direction of awareness and evolution. Sadly, it often seems sufficient for many beings on this planet to simply wax nostalgic on New Year’s Eve and state intentions which they may otherwise forget until the next year’s dawning. We would, thus, suggest to all who have made their resolutions for the New Year, to include in your daily schedules and busy plans, some effort toward fulfilling the more lofty resolve, and do so daily.

January 2, 2011 On Service and Divine Will
Yes, yes. We would say that, for those whose roles as Light Workers are becoming more clearly defined now, the most important task now is to understand your roles and realize the depths to which you must go to achieve them. You see, for those who are truly Light Workers and who have a type of leadership role, if you will, this is a crucial time. For those who have specific roles, but not leadership necessarily, as well these are times which test one’s fibre and strengthen one’s resolve. Indeed.

Many will simply deepen their meditations and continue life as is. This is also fine. We are addressing those of you out there who are, in essence, on a mission, for lack of better wordage. Your lives have been tapped to serve in one way or another. It is the work of each of you to discover the way in which Divine can utilize your abilities, talents and temperaments to serve the whole.

Satisfying one’s creative urges is not fully satisfying Divine’s calling. When one turns one’s creative energy over to the service of humanity, for the highest good of all, that creative energy manifests how Divine wills. You simply attune your individual free will to that of Divine Will, like tuning your instruments.

There is a fine line between the sole function of the musician, for example, to play the music in his or her heart, and playing his or her music for the Divine. That is the stage in which the music becomes even more empowered and wondrous music is produced.

January 4, 2011 On astronomical discoveries and cosmic awareness
Yes, yes. There is urgent news of a discovery of a new star which appears to be rapidly moving in the direction of this planet. With this new discovery comes a shift in what is already known science. There will be an increase in such discoveries, as time appears to be accelerating. Time, as we know it, is not as it seems on other planets, which are light years ahead. None of this is understandable for our beloved vehicle, but it is profound in the history of humanity. When new stars and star systems are discovered, the world as we know it is about to shift.

Human beings tend to view the ‘cosmos’ as something ‘out there.’ They rarely make the connection that they are indeed a part of the teeming, stupendous universe which is at once magical and menacing, and humans expansive in scope and narrow in knowledge. Indeed, there is so much more human minds can perceive if they would but listen. The collective listening skills of inhabitants on your planet are small indeed, inferior in use and application.

When one begins to realize one’s awareness of the cosmos is a tiny fraction of a fraction of what it truly is, one’s curiosity should be at least slightly aroused. Instead, one simply dismisses such awareness as impossible to comprehend and files it away in the nuisance category at the rear of the inner library, when it should be first and foremost on one’s ‘reading list.’ If the human mind were a library, the room for cosmic awareness would likely be filled with cobwebs and empty corners. So much greater wisdom is available at humans’ fingertips, if all of you would simply explore that which is calling for your attention.

On Walking the ‘green’ talk
This brings us to a subject top on the list of importance these days and perhaps this is the main way to interest human beings in greater awareness of the greater whole. It is the awareness of one’s beleaguered environment, the need for human beings to see, feel, touch, hear and experience their environment in a personal, hands-on way. That is to say, develop a real relationship with the planet upon which you reside. The current ‘go green’ phenomenon which is spreading amongst the more aware on your planet is essential to awakening the general public. This is not an easy feat, as many have been lulled into submission by the ‘powers that be.’

This leads us to the next point. Affecting change on a government level is an interesting concept and one which some of you may be ready, willing and more prepared to do. However, the majority of you will not likely approach governmental leaders as a way to save the planet.

Those of you who see the environment as profound and urgent a topic to focus on, begin to do so actively in your own lives. Begin to live your ideals and work hard to establish environmental friendly relationships within your community and in your own home.

On Youth, the future of this planet
Teach the children the importance of environmental awareness. Involve them in restoring rivers, cleaning parks, in learning how to recycle, in forming youth groups for the preservation of environment. These young beings are the future of this planet. It is now time to turn your attention to them and to educating and enlightening them on the environment’s needs.

With young beings, always take a positive approach. ‘End of the world’ schemes will only depress and discourage them. Fear is never the motivational tool to be used with anyone, least of all with children. Even if you cannot see any possibility of environmental recovery, do not instill that negative outlook in the children. Teach them that all is possible, because it is! And let their enthusiasm and energy create a shift in your own awareness. Though you may be the teacher, young beings can always teach you. Be open to receive as well as willing to give.

January 10, 2011 On awakening Youth
Yes, yes. It appears that the American public is again divided and deluded to the point where violence is becoming far more commonplace than ever before. The harsh decline in goodwill and tolerance may be indicative of a more criminalized nation. These are the facts. However, as with all ‘facts’ or states of being, change is certainly always possible. How to begin?

Begin with YOUTH. Do not lose this opportunity to help these beings evolve and rise to the occasion of changing the world! Indeed, it is in their hands. Begin now. Those elders of you, who have contact with the youth, take the opportunity to turn their minds from violence and revenge towards love, understanding and forgiveness. Assist them in their struggles, as there will be struggles in the world in which they live. Assist them to choose the ways of Light. Clear the fog which rises before them and guide them on the path of their highest good.

Help the young discover their gifts, their blessed talents and abilities. Follow their natural inclinations and help them to transform darkness into light by developing their blessings. If a being has a gift―and all children have some gift―help them discover and uncover the wonder of it and the potential manifestation of it in their lives.

Beings of Light, we address you now. It is not enough to master one’s skills and enjoy them. It is not enough to develop your abilities and not use them in service to others. There are those of you who have a natural affinity for the young, from early childhood to later teens and twenties. If you have this natural affinity, consider it a remarkable gift to be utilized to awaken the young, and apply that gift in whatever ways you are able.

Youth do not resonate with rigid rhetoric, lengthy lectures, instructions or didactic discourses. They resonate with those beings of Light who join them in their awakening via music, arts, dance, via the creative word. They are distrustful of those whose goal is to ‘change them’ or ‘save them.’ Awakening is not the same as ‘saving’, in connotation. Awakening leaves the breath of hope, the welcomed change which is more evolutional than moralistic. When you join them in their own expression of their souls, you give them room to join you. And the natural inclination is toward harmonious interchange which their souls so desire and so require.

Those beings of Baltimore Homa Community with natural affinity for youth, those of you who know what they need instinctively, branch out beyond your own individual families and bring the young ones home.

Violence on the street and in communities, particularly in the inner cities of many countries, is appalling. It is destructive and an affront to human dignity. Work against violence by offering a solution, providing a refuge for those with nowhere to go to escape it. Have deep compassion for those seemingly stuck in their situations. They cannot see a way out. There is always a solution for every problem, but the problem can often be so intense and debilitating that it clouds the Light and hides the solution. When you come in from another perspective, you can see the exit door clearly and help those entrenched in the mire of their own suffering to begin to see the way out. The way out, dear ones, is always the way IN. but many times these beings truly need to be physically removed from dangerous situations, especially when their spirits are being crushed under the weight of the enormity of the problem.

It is time, high time, to refuse to turn your backs to those less fortunate than yourselves. If you have been in a rough period of your life or you hail from a dysfunctional familial situation, seek your way to restoring peace in those who will begin to look to you for solace and solution. We cannot stress more than now the emergency and urgency of this matter.

Youth in all areas, not only inner cities, require direction. Proselytizing and moralizing, ministering to their ‘lost souls’ is not the way. Of course, in all religions there are those who sincerely wish to serve the youth and they come from their hearts. For the most part, this approach is what youth would deem as ‘old school’! They need to find the solace within.

Through the healing fire, these beings can begin to reach a calmer space within them where they can discover who they are and why they have come. When music is tapped, there is great relief and a creative outlet is discovered. Those of you who have expertise in music, dance, art, theatre, creative writing, and other rich and blessed talents, turn your time inside out to find some precious moments to bring your gifts to fore and to the youth who call out for it.

Form a committee, not for going out to teach, but for going out to awaken. The children are not ‘lost souls’. Dear ones, they are souls calling out to be free. Blessings, blessings, blessings for this

January 12, 2011 On Unity and healing of the planet
Yes, yes. One of the signs of darkness is when those who work together slowly begin to splinter off from each other, causing division, separation, disunity. This is a time when all Light Workers absolutely must strive for better human relations, and begin at home.

As the home environment also reflects one’s outer environment, one must take extra precautions to avoid being affected by the world outside. Obviously, you cannot guard the doors and entryways to keep out negative energy! However, what you can do is to intensify the positive energy by including in your daily practices more chanting, meditation, healing fires, prayers, healing via sound and movement, and finally more efforts to understand and communicate in a positive manner, even when problems arise.

Instead of fearing the outer world as it becomes more and more sinister and foreboding, accentuate all that brings in the Light. Focus on that which brings your faith to the forefront and follow that with renewed vigour and intent to heal.

The world will get worse before getting better. Think of the world as needing healing for a host of ailments which are due to impure air, water, soil and unkempt soul. Then, allow your maternal nature, which all humans have some access to, to rise up and bring with it a wave of compassion and nurturance. Thus, the world will become a child in need of healing, instead of an evil entity encroaching upon your peace of mind. Your efforts at loving this unwieldy world will create a new wave of energy, which promotes healing from within, outward to all the spheres which surround you.

Yes, it sounds like a lofty, cosmic, even impossible plan. However, this is what you have in hand to utilize to create change in a world in dire need of it. Lift up your voices and sing! Even in your own voices, there is energy to heal. Do not watch helplessly as a victim, or aggressively in blame. Instead, lift your voices as ONE VOICE and watch the shift in energy within your own heart and the hearts of those with whom you share this same intent. There is power in unity and power in coming together as ONE.

View anything other than that which promotes UNITY as not in tune with Higher Will. Thus, you will sharpen your own power of discrimination, knowing intuitively what is ‘right’ for your heart.

And do lead the children home. Now is the time for the children. OM TAT SAT.

On AHIMSA, antidote to violence
Yes again, escalating violence is now moving beyond the inner cities to many regions where violence was once relatively unknown. The neighborhood becomes a microcosm of the outside world in which one lives. One sees it reflected in the attitudes and interactions between people, in the levels of caution, in fear-filled eyes and uncertainty for the future. All of this is known, but what is not known is how to combat this trend.

Living in the present time and practicing AHIMSA (Sanskrit for ‘non-violence’) in thought, word and deed is another powerful deterrent for the evils in the world. We have made numerous mentions of ways which draw more Light and healing to you and to the microcosm in which you live, radiating out into the macrocosm of the universe. It begins within.

On Youth―”When the student is ready, the teacher appears”
Now, there has been a turning point. An apex has been reached. Now the very next step is to focus on the YOUTH, specifically and extensively. There are beings amongst you to whom we speak perhaps a bit louder and with more direct attention aimed for your awareness.

THOSE OF YOU WHO RESONATE WITH THE YOUNG―THIS IS YOUR TIME; THIS IS THEIR TIME.

The programs aimed at youth in today’s world are often designed to keep them occupied. They are already ‘occupied!’ They need to be awakened and this is the time to do it en masse. Utilize the tools in hand which they resonate with. Music speaks louder than words. Through the avenue of music, dance and vibration, you can be instrumental in their awakening. As we said before, we are not recommending an attitude of rescuing them from their demons, but instead offering them Light with which to find their way out of the darkness. Give them tools in hand which they can use and try to see for themselves how they feel, what they see and experience.

As the great Master always told, “Believe only what you experience.’’ If you take that approach, they will listen. They will come. When they are ready, they will come. Many of these beings are simply waiting for someone to show them the way. As with the teacher-student approach―when the student is ready, the teacher appears.

A note to teachers
Now, as teachers in the Light, one must divest oneself of all self-importance issues. One must not think of oneself as the doer, only as an instrument in the Hands of Divine―and that, quietly, humbly. If there is any remnant of self-importance, the young will not hear the words which you speak. They are extremely aware now, even in situations where they are unable to assert their awareness due to peer pressure or lack of understanding in their immediate environment. Their souls will recognize when the message is clear. Thus, be simple and be real, speak the truth and be absolutely honest. This they will hear. Give of your hearts. Participate in miracles, for indeed there will be many. OM.

January 13, 2011 On America, former cornerstone of the ‘free’ world
Yes, yes. Subterfuge. The American public is being tricked into believing precisely what the news reports, without applying any standard of individual discrimination as to the source or verification of the information received. This is the problem in a society which once was the cornerstone of the ‘free world.’ There is nothing free about it now, only the free spirits which live under the radar, so-to-speak, those who have disappeared from sight. Indeed, there is greater control now in America than in many other countries, yet the American public believes they are free. It is a sad situation, as corporate control is insidious in every walk of life. Only those who have taken the ‘high road’ and have thus accessed the power within them will truly rise above the constrictions slowly being tightened upon this society. Subterfuge at its subtlest, indeed.

This new discovery in the cosmos will shed new light on many heretofore unanswered questions about this universe. There will be more shocking new discoveries in the days and months to come. This is the time of revelation and this also includes astronomy, planetary awareness.

Speaking of which, our vehicle is tuning in more frequently. Thus, more frequent transmissions are on the horizon. If our vehicle simply listens, many more insights will be proffered and directions, instructions explained. There are some specific dates to be revealed and this will be a surprise to some, a reaffirmation to others. These dates will be given precisely at the correct time.

On Time, space and consciousness shifting
Yes, there will be many more interesting discoveries very soon, regarding the universe, as revealed through both current scientific and astronomical discoveries and via ancient cultures’ revelations, many of which will come true. Interestingly, ancient forecasts or prophecy given through many sources ranging from Mayan and Incan cultures to Vedic and Biblical references have at their base absolute truth and intuitive revelation. However, timing has shifted, in part due to efforts made by Light Workers like yourselves and your allies on different planets! So, many prophecies will come to pass, but far later than predicted or expected. Others will be derailed by unified movement into the Light.

Do not assume your own inner work does not count in the shifts of consciousness which are impacting many on the planet today. Do not assume that your seemingly small efforts will not bear fruit, dear ones. Every action creates a reaction. Even simply moving toward more positive thinking, intensifying prayer, group meditation and manifestation of love, compassion and forgiveness all bring forth a new awareness for the planet Earth. All this is dire, vital, precious. Continue to move into Light.

Time is also accelerating actually, not only ‘theoretically.’ As space is shifting, so is time. As time is shifting, so is consciousness. Those who will be unable to keep up with the movement as it becomes more apparent, more palpable to the senses, may move on. Many will shift gears to join the energetic shifts which will be experienced by all of you in different ways.

Do expect an occasional headache or two, perhaps more than before. Do expect your dreamtime to become more lively and full of imagery, as this is also a byproduct of accelerated time. Expect as well, a lessening of the aging process. Many who are embarking upon the paths of Light will begin noticing a remarkable agelessness, particularly in those delivering Light through SOUND, through interactions with Higher Energy sources, through intuitive telepathic transfer. This would be a marked difference in the normal aging process. If the organs were to be analyzed, those beings just described would clearly show less deteriorated aging than others of similar earth ages. An added bonus in the work you do, dear ones!

A captivated audience will marvel at the discovery of the new ‘star’, which will be examined intensely. It appears further away than originally assumed, but the effects are not incalculable. There is such meager instrumentation compared to the use of energy, vision and intuition. Yet, the scientific nature of your world and how it goes about its analysis amuses us. All the answers sought for in the universe lie within each and every one of you. Those with the seeming uncanny aptitude for hearing and deciphering messages from the Ancients, interplanetary and from ages prior, will have no difficulty with accessing information about the new planet, star. Yes. Only in your reality, the scientist is king and the psychic or mystically-prone Light Workers amongst you are rarely given the acceptance and respect they deserve.

And charlatans―there are many and there will likely be an increase in their number. However, you will be able to decipher their falseness by the energy with which they cooperate.

Beings of Light, true beings through whom Divine speaks and the Ancients communicate, will carry Truth in a sacred way. There will be no show, no claim of miraculous powers, no host of pretense, or penchant for fame. Many will be unknown. Those who are real will recognize each other and be supportive of each other. Let the message shine forth. That is the greatest importance. A true instrument or vehicle of the Truth realizes he or she is not important. The message is.

There will be FIRES which dispel negative energy. There will be FIRES which send forth healing smoke into the atmosphere. One such fire is the SOMAYAG which you will be attending. This Somayag is connected to calling forth the *SOUND CURRENT. At this Somayag, those attending would do well to bring musical instruments which they will play themselves. That is to say, if one brings a flute, only that person should play it. It is important that the SOUNDS be harmonious. OM.
