Dear friends,
Spring. Rebirth. We share in the knowledge that our planet needs us to assist in its rebirth. As Spring warms our long wintered souls, it is a reminder that we have much work to do to bring about our vision of a better world―a planet of peace and harmony, an environment in balance, and our humanity awakened in awareness.

The transmissions this time run the gamut from altered states to free energy, from fissures on the Earth to secret organizations, and from releasing resentments to embracing change in our lives. I love it. It jumps around a bit, but it is clear and to the point. We have many things to face this time around. What is needed is courage, love, and adherence to Truth.

There is a lot which comes through that gets edited, because some of it is specific to our work here or to me personally. This time I kept some of it, because it could be applicable or helpful to others. There is a part about 'reluctance and reticence' which my husband Jarek and friend Barry both suggested I leave in, since many of us feel these things. So it is.

Do stay tuned for the next installment which features Orion's take on the new threatened pandemic, Swine flu. Basically, it is another man-made creation to instill fear, create panic, and then to control us. Please, do not panic.

March 22, 2009 on substance use and abuse
Yes, yes. Our standpoint on drugs is firm. Though many of you quite otherwise aware beings are careful to remain alert and aware, there are inherent pitfalls in the intake of marijuana, as there are in any mind-altering substance. The vulnerability is heightened and clarity is seemingly sharpened, but there are increased sensitivities which develop which are opening you up to subtle realms which may not all be positive.

That is to say that dark energies can seep in when the aura of the being who is using even seemingly an innocuous substance such as marijuana is opened. Best to remain sober at all times, especially now as the planet veers more in the direction of intensified shifts and swift movement toward Light.

You see, when one is inebriated, even lightly, the energies which surround that being are affected. Difficult to explain properly, as there is sensitivity to the explanation itself and a bias toward the use of such substances. They themselves are not bad, actually, and marijuana is one of the natural substances. The effects though may be so heightened by the atmosphere surrounding your planet that it is not recommended to use such substances now at all, unless it is sheerly for medical use.

Now, we shall add a word of caution to those who have chosen the route of substance use for altering consciousness. Ah, now is the time when that is no longer necessary and ill-advised. The frequencies and vibrations on this planet Earth have risen and, use of such substances at this time is not only risky. There are entities on this planet who are neither of the Light nor the darkness. They exist to create mischief and wreak havoc. They feed on humans who have weakened their natural state of awareness through artificial or even natural hallucinogenic substances. They find an opening in the human aura and create confusion. All the energy fields of human beings, individual and collective, need to be clean and clear to receive the Light which will be needed to move with the shifts into the next dimension. Ok, enough said. OM.

March 24, 2009 On mobile phone use
Our dear brother Jacob's inquiry regarding the use of mobile phones, more aptly called 'cell' phones...we would reply that for absolute necessity one may use them. However, do not keep them on your person. Better to keep them in a separate bag or satchel, so as not to be close to the body. Then, best to use the speaker element, though privacy is not there. Children under 10 should not use these contraptions at all. You are aware of all the dangers, but for those of you living busy lifestyles, the mobile phone is, at least for now, essential.

April 1, 2009 On Bhrugu Aranya in Temple
Yes, yes. Indeed, this is the seat of power on your farm. It lies in direct connection with the Yajnya Shala. However, because energetically the garden Shala is more often the site of YAJNYAS and thus receives and reflects more human energy, the power spot appears to be of greater frequency there. We would say that with an increase in YAJNYAS performed here and behind this Temple, wherein the three columns stand, the balance of energies on the land will take greater form and the energetic cycle will be given a push―in essence―an activation.

April 6, 2009 On change, giving in to it
Yes. Yes. Yes. Many of you have been deluged with problems and responsibilities. Unable to delegate part of the work, you may be feeling overburdened. Still, try to carry the load as best you can and trust in the SOURCE, Divine Source, that the rest will be carried for you. And mainly, do not give in to fear or the feeling of 'resignation', either. Change is essential. Change is fluid as a river. Thus it cannot be contained any more that it can be predicted! It is the variable you humans find so exasperating, yet change in and of itself is what gives one life. The ability to shift 'gears' in life is never over-rated. Indeed we foresee a lot a lot of shifting of gears in the coming months. This, for your planet Earth, is a change year, if you will.

Those of you who have settled into the lay of the land and have established 'oases' will find the shift more inner than outer. Those who have still to settle their positions in the physical plane will find the shifts so strong, almost like a gravitational pull―and find your rightful places you will. Yes.

The energies on this planet itself are in a state of flux. This is reflected in the weather changes, as well as the barometric pressure. Shifts in atmospheric pressure wreak havoc with physical and mental states, particularly those of 'Sensitives' such as healers, true channellers, and those practicing the art of breath meditation. Still this only serves as an indication to step up one's healing regimen. Ingesting pure Agnihotra ash daily will assist in dispelling symptoms such as dizziness and clouded thinking. Proper diet and water intake also help, as well as rest, herbs and herbal preparations, the power of which is amplified in this atmosphere.

And when periods of weakness do occur despite all efforts to prevent them, rest. Do not push yourselves beyond the means granted you. Trust in DIVINE providence that everything will be lifted and a period of strength and clarity will follow.

Biorhythms are no longer 'readable' as outer influences can affect inner balance. Reading one's daily astrological or biorhythmic plan is not necessary now. Now is time to TUNE IN. All answers shall be revealed. This is a time for Manifestation and Realization on planet Earth. Yes. Yes.

SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN and all will be added unto you.

Yes. Ah yes, free energy. Of course it not only exists but is being used. However, it is not encouraged by those of power―those in the hierarchy who are above those of 'power apparent.' It is becoming of dire necessity that those who are working for or at least aligning themselves with the Light, Divine Light―that they avail themselves to the concept of FREE ENERGY, with the goal of achieving advances in this until-now forbidden field.

So much energy is available on every level. We say 'essential' because as civilization gradually derails, alternative energy sources will be just that―essential.

April 10, 2009 On activations, Australia, U.S. travel<
Yes, yes. Speaking of activations, we would say that this is the next major direction in which our vehicle shall be taken. Of course, no need to worry. Every clue and direction will be provided. That our vehicle must entrain for Australia is becoming quite apparent.

DRINK WATER. DRINK WATER. DRINK WATER. DRINK WATER.

Regarding reticence and reluctance
Yes, our dear vehicle need not be fearful. This you seem to have a 'handle on.' However, reticence need not be confused with reluctance. In the past, our vehicle has been reluctant to go into the public eye. Now, that reluctance has become more reticent. However, it is soon time to be 'propelled' into action dear one. Let it manifest.

Do not concentrate on it. Do not worry about it. In your mind, begin to affirm the positive.

The guidance as coming from the Source is true. Listen to it. Follow it explicitly. It is your friend, your teacher, your guiding force which will help you find your way in all darkness of coming times.

On altered states, UFOs
Yes, yes. Our sources insist we return to the issue of crevices in Earth's structure, which will eventually be widening due to climatic changes and shifts in the Earth's surface, as well as weather patterns becoming completely erratic. Now we realize as well that, in areas prone to seismic eruptions, namely earthquakes or tremors, there will be greater shifts resulting in fissures otherwise not expected for these areas. Fissures in the Earth shall cause a weakening in the land mass itself. Of course, this is not something which is coming imminently, but the signs are there even now, and have been for some time.

These fissures in the Earth's structure, by the way, are not limited to the Midwest U.S., but the fissures we referred to in this specific region are definitely of immediate concern. There are also fissures in the Earth on nearly all continents now. However, not all are progressing as rapidly.

We return to the issue of underground testing and hidden research laboratories namely in the Midwest U.S. There are famous ones and totally unknown ones now established. There has been a shifting of classified materials and data from one station to a totally new one, established as a security since the old one has been compromised. Not only is the information leaking out into the public eye, but there has been disturbance from within the organization responsible for these flagrantly clandestine operations. Indeed, once found out, the shift began nearly immediately. Those involved are top scientists, but they are being governed by an official board of non-scientific beings whose aim is not so fine indeed. In any case, there is much information which is neither available to the public nor made known amongst the private sector or scientific community. The information is, as they say, 'hush hush'.

Concerning beings from other planets and UFOs, indeed there has been much data established, in part from findings reported and sightings of objects in the sky, some actual and others indeed, man-made, in fact shall we be so bold as to state, 'government made.' If a true UFO exists the data on it is nearly always unable to be verified, due to the nature of the appearance. Beings who have actually witnessed such an event often enter into an altered state and thus are unable to recall actual facts; even time and place are vaguely recalled. When children have witnessed a real object from your heavens they are nearly always to be believed, particularly if the children are under the age of 10!

Children with mental handicaps and weaknesses in the emotional realm are often able to see what normal human beings cannot discern. They witness beings from other realms or experience the sense of another being's presence when no one can actually see what they are seeing. That they are often misunderstood is tragic. There are entire realms of life which human beings who are somewhat intuitive are able to sense. That is not to say that everyone who 'sees' an apparition is having a real, true experience of an altered state of consciousness or an actual vision per se. However, it is best not to discount all the experiences which do not fit into your area of expertise.

That said, we move into the grey area of experience of beings from other planets. This is on the increase, my dear brothers and sisters of Earth. Your planet is on a 'hit list', if you will, and the aim of this hit list is annihilation. This is the work of the dark energies which are in existence on this planet. They work from within the population as well as from outside it. However, their power is on the wane.

On Divine Entities, Light Beings and Healing Energies
On the side of the Light are Beings who have been called upon to serve this planet in particular and they range from every culture and every tradition. There are Divine Entities in place on your planet whose purpose is to defend and protect beings of Light such as yourselves and the land upon which they dwell. There are Eternal Beings who have resided at specific points of Light on your planet and their purpose is unable to be articulated in words of your culture! They are ever-present, omnipresent Entities who are deeply connected to the roots and soil, to the plant life and animal kingdom. There are Beings whose only purpose is to guard mountains, others whose purpose is to guard all waterways, including your majestic oceans.

Ah and then there are the Energies which are healing, locked into the stones and crystals, rocks and river valleys of your planet. Ancient cultures and those of interplanetary origin have stored healing energies there, which once tapped...and the time is now...shall release positive ions and ethers into the atmosphere, to heal and transform it in time. This time.

All this is subtle and indescribable.

On Fissures in Earth, on our Spiritual evolution
Our sources reveal that the chasm in the Earth's structure of most concern is in the Midwestern state of Nevada and partly Utah. We would say that there exists some fault which will likely cause disturbance and sooner as opposed to future.

Now, we realize this is well-documented, as our vehicle has just discovered, but it is a newly risen concern. You see, as the climate changes force a new reality into existence on the Earth, it is not only minds which will change, dear ones. Those of you concerned more with your spiritual evolution may at times appear cavalier about the planet's imminent shifts. In fact, it is those very changes which are being thrust upon the planet which have an immediate and intense effect upon your inner work itself! They go hand in hand.

As you evolve further in spiritual development you will discover that your environment is a reflection of you, the universal 'you', and that you are a reflection of IT. Inseparable.

Therefore, if you are not part of the solution on planet Earth, you are―however wise and internalized you have become, however advanced in spiritual knowledge―still a part of the problem. You see, you cannot ignore the imbalance in your planet's ecosystem, the destruction of your planet's land, the loss of natural resources and the abuse of its inhabitants at the hands of chemical companies and other conglomerates which wish to destroy and dominate all of Nature.

Those whose spiritual evolution is primary and whose awareness of the plight of this planet is secondary are in for a rude awakening. One must walk through this life with an awareness of both inner and outer worlds and seek to find balance in both.

Support those ecological efforts on the part of the Eco warriors amongst you, those who utilize non-violent means of awakening the masses.

Live in harmony with Nature. Learn how to become more self-sufficient and reduce waste in your environment. Live in harmony with plant life and animal life.

Create Oases which can serve as safe zones in future times when all around you will be in a state of deprivation and decay. These oases, if you will, in particular organic Homa farms of the future, will serve not only immediate families, but entire communities. That time is coming. Be prepared to open your homes and your hearts to encompass and envelop all of humanity. In one way or another, your every effort will be the recipient of Grace. It is time now.

On letting go
Yes, yes. As always with this 'human nature' being the uncontrolled variable that it is, you are likely to find beings opposing other beings simply due to clashes in personality. While those of more aggressive natures are likely to present themselves in a dualistic light, not everyone will see their 'duality'.

The work of AGNIHOTRA is work for the Light, LIGHT WORK. Therefore, one must keep one's feet on the ground while one's mind is on the Divine. One shall not be felled by emotional weakness or sensitivities, as these are often under attack by the negative forces. That is not to say that one cannot be a sensitive soul and have one's strengths and one's less so strong points. However, one must simply rise to the occasion and embrace LIGHT at every turn.

Take the 'high road' even in cases where the actions of others may be hurtful. Do not give in to the weakness. Feel it and let it go. Experience the sensation, if you must, whether it be sadness or even anger. Then, let it go. Do not hold on to it. In fact, the pull will become less and less, and you will eventually not even have to feel it for a moment.

If a being harbours resentments, attitudes and judgments, so be it. However, your part is to make sure you harbour none of the same.

Release. Release. Release.
Forgive. Forgive again. Forgive again.

April 16, 2009 On government and secret organization
Yes, yes. The consequences of long-term effects of the previous U.S. government administration cannot be easily undone. Yes, even valiant attempts at shifting policies could not completely change damage done. The ties are not only strong, but intricately woven into the fabric of today's society and they extend like tentacles reaching into every nation on the globe.

September 11th was an act of extreme manipulation which was the outward sign. However, the groundwork had been laid for control of the masses many years before. There is a secret organization headed by hitherto unknown but extremely powerful beings at the top. However, there has been a break in the order of command and a link weakened. Just as any organization has its opposing factor or in this case, opposing member, the opposing factor will widen and create a shift not only in command but in direction. In other words, the seat of this diabolical power is being, to put it politely, undone.

April 16, 2009 On being all we can be
Yes, yes. Focus. Focus within. Can you imagine a world in which each of you realize your potential, each of you stand up to be counted as aware and vibrant beings which you are, each of you come from a centre within you so strong no winds of change or outside force can cause even a momentary lapse of strength and stability? Indeed, this is not only possible but highly probable. It can be realized. If all of you manifest your highest dreams and embrace the truth within you, it is most probable.

One may be enthusiastic or inspired upon hearing this suggestion, but then the mind comes in and denies the possibility of a positive outcome. Call it tradition, call it cultural, attitudinal or even familial blockages to success. Call it what you will, but this is where 'they' get you―where you live.

And herein lies the answer, the response you can summon up from the depths of your soul, from the ancients, from your highest ancestors, from your heart of hearts. You can cry out that you will be free! You can call it to those invisible doubts that assail you. You can shout it into the middle of the darkest night. You shall be free. You can say it softly to those who may belittle you or to those who simply do not trust your truth. Say it. I AM FREE.

You need not be a servant to your desires any more than you are servant to your fears, your past experiences which define the way you see yourself and the way you hold your head when you walk, the way you carry your body as you enter a room. You need not be a servant to loss or to lack. You need not believe that you do not deserve goodness and love, LIGHT and joy. You need not fear any more. Now then, what do you do if you do not carry these burdens further?

You carry faith.
You walk in faith.
You talk in faith.
You communicate with Divine with faith.
You know your prayers will be heard.
You know your truth will carry you home.
You know, because you are free.

Now, this does not mean that you will never encounter sorrow. Life contains joys and sorrows, often in equal measure. You, however, will be equipped to face whatever life brings your way. You are free. You choose not to carry the burdens of fear and anxiety, of expectation and judgment. So, both your arms are free to embrace TRUTH, to embrace LIFE.

Now, your old habits will likely try to return to test you. But you can see them coming, because you are focused and alert now. You are able to see clearly the path before you. You are ready for what life brings you. Your heart is free.

Now, some keys to help you on your way home. Surround yourself with beings who are attuned to life's rhythms and are preparing themselves as you are to meet the future unafraid.

Avoid old places where you used to go, which may have been places of weakness for you in the past. Try and keep yourself in an atmosphere of Light and peace. If this is not completely possible, create a space for yourself in which you feel able to be at peace. Go there daily.

Affirm your self-worth daily. But also affirm your connection with Divinity, which is like a lifeboat in times of storm and the invisible umbilical cord in times of transformation.

EMBRACE CHANGE. You cannot avoid it. You cannot deny it. So, better to embrace it and let its wings unfold in your life as they will.

Have faith that everything is as it should be, for you to learn the greatest lessons and move forward blessed by Grace.

April 19, 2009 (This was more personal message for me, but I included it because it may be helpful to others).
Yes, yes, yes. Your mission in Poland is quite what you do not expect, dear one. The mission of this Foundation is simple and can be fulfilled even from where you are now seated. We are quite well aware that this site may be the best kept secret in Poland and perhaps, even in Europe. However, the time for its outer manifestation is nearing. It will come of its own accord.

Your work has been outlined by the Master and He has spoken clearly to you directly, what is your work. HEALING. HEALING. HEALING. Now, the guidance as it is given via this vehicle is pure. The time for its dispersion is now.

Link to healing organizations or directories. Promote the books through those directories.
Do not spend inordinate amounts of time on the computer. Be efficient and have a goal when you sit down in front of this machine. Then, spend maximum 1 hour on it. Then, move out and drink a glass of pure water and walk, dance or engage in an activity that brings you joy.

Do not allow necessary energies to be diverted from the Source to the outside. This there is no time for you to do. No diversions, dear one. Not now. Not when you are on the point of shifting to the new direction, which is beyond this material focus. That does not mean that you, the body physical, are being moved. No, you have a long life ahead of you. Simply, that you will need to focus your time and energy on the reception of the impulses required to download―if you will pardon our foray into your world―much needed information to the Light beings present on your planet.

By the way, all of you are the Light beings present on the planet! Shall we proceed, now that your identities have been identified? Hmmm. Yes, there is that tendency of Light workers to assume they are simply voyeurs in the field, when actually Light is emanating from you, all of you. We honour the Light within you. Indeed, those of you in the Light field shine quite brightly!

Good ideas are valuable when they are activated by faith and devotion, but by effort as well. Let us see what can come of it. OM.

On SERVICE
Yes. Yes. What is SERVICE? What does it mean to truly dedicate your life to service? First of all, there are few beings alive today who have the opportunity to serve without constraint, without restraint. That is to say that most beings have to be fully involved in earning a living or in maintaining a family. They are unable to leave their responsibilities and take to the road as a saint on wheels, proffering knowledge and delivering the wisdom of the ages door to door, if you will. They are bound by circumstance to serve in spirit or to serve on the weekends. However, this idea of service is not what we are referring to. One can be maintaining a family, working a 9-5 job and still dedicate his or her life to service. One's very act of work, of raising children, of preparing meals becomes service when the mind embraces a new way of looking at life.

Often beings on this planet say that after a certain age they will fill their days with volunteer service. Or when their children are grown they will work for a non-profit organization, to serve others. Or maybe they donate a certain percentage of their wages to a local charity or a church of their denomination. And they call it service. But what is service?

When one realizes one's very existence as a miracle of life, a blessing from Divine, all of one's actions, even every breath one takes becomes an opportunity to serve. Then, perhaps it is fair to say that SERVICE is born of GRATITUDE.

When one is grateful for every breath, how can the adhesive material of resentment stick to that soul? It cannot. When one is truly grateful, one is imbued with HUMILITY and humility coats one's life with GRACE. Resentment can take no hold on the grateful life. So, it behooves one then to begin to cultivate these qualities...GRATITUDE, HUMILITY. Add to that compassion and understanding. This results in LOVE, a Divine Love which fills one's heart with joy. And from this heart springs all that humanity calls out for, the fulfillment of Divinity.

A life of service then is one in which gratitude is nurtured and encouraged to grow. Like in a garden, one weeds the habits which once rooted can strangle new growth. One welcomes the Light, one shelters new seedlings and young plants, as one tenderly waters them and sings to them, loving every moment in the presence of a miracle. So, with one's own soul, one shall nurture and protect, feed and nourish, and fully enjoy the richness of a life in peace.

And one does not give in to the outside stress, as one creates an atmosphere within one's home which nourishes and protects. By increasing one's practice of sacred ritual, of chanting, of prayer, of creative self-expression, of meditation...one ushers in a peace which fills one with ease. One then carries that sense of inner peace within as one ventures into the world. This is not always an easy task, but one which when practiced with sincerity shall always grow greater and simpler as one progresses on one's spiritual path.

For the practical-minded people who ask 'how?' and are perplexed by circumstances beyond their control, we can say that there is a long list of tools at your disposal―some material, some spiritual, some for calming the emotional body, others for calming the mind or the physical body. We need not reiterate the long list of tools and certainly, each of you have your own. We can, however, encourage you to make good use of all the tools which you have learned, as now is the time they will be most powerful, most helpful and most needed.

Embrace the positive.
Do not feed the negative.
Hold on to that which supports you and uplifts you.
Decline to fall back into old habits and associations which weaken you and cause you pain.

Embrace life fully.

Face your fears and send them away. Look at them directly. Then release them fully.

Embrace FAITH.

Fear runs from faith, like a dog with its tail between its legs, knowing full well that it had no business there in the first place. In the home where faith exists, fear has no room allotted for it.

Make room for JOY and keep it clean and well-lit. Whatever room you assign for JOY will always be full and rich with friendships and love. It will always be open for visitors and always will be a place where you can feel truly at home.

Keep a space for truth in your heart. Keep a space for laughter and a space for receiving those who have no place to go. Your home will be enriched with every moment. We can assure you, this is a home which will likely be one you will live in for the rest of your life, and you will find it as you always dreamed it could be.

May all of you find the gifts within you to open your hearts to a new and beautiful life.
